Louisville among fastest-growing beer towns in America

First came the bourbon explosion.

Then Louisville became a foodie town.

And now, the Derby City is getting some kudos for its beer game.

New data out from Airbnb says Louisville is an up-and-coming beer tourism town.

New-ish shops Gravely and Mile Wide in the last year or two have joined a crowded field of local brewers.

Some of the area’s best include Apocalypse Brewery, Bluegrass Brewing Company, Against The Grain, Goodwood and 3rd Turn, among others.

The New Albanian is among WAVE Country’s top brewers as well, located just across the Ohio River in New Albany.

Airbnb’s data found Atlanta to be the No. 1 fastest-growing beer destination in America, while Louisville checked in at No. 3. The full top 10 is below:
