Trick-or-treat times: Many towns rescheduling due to weather

Heavy rain is expected to move into the Derby City area on Halloween. This is causing many local towns and neighborhoods to reschedule their trick-or-treating activities.

Louisville Mayor Greg Fischer posted a tweet on Monday, saying trick-or-treat times for the city would be decided on the neighborhood level.
