Downtown Louisville is now home to a locally-owned restaurant known for its artisan pizzas and extensive beer and cocktail menu, Parlour Pizza.
The pizza joint boasts 10 different types of New York-style pizza and a list of drinks that offer “a play on new world cocktails.”
Parlour Downtown is the chain’s fourth location. In addition to Jeffersonville and New Albany, there is also a restaurant on Frankfort Avenue.
The downtown Louisville pizza house is open six days a week, Monday through Saturday.
Located on West Liberty Street, the building has seen its share of tenants over the years; Griff’s Sports and Grill unexpectedly closed there last February.
