26th Annual Taste of Frankfort Avenue

June 10

The Taste of Frankfort Avenue Festival will be held at Mellwood Arts Center. Previous vendors have included Heine Brothers Coffee, J. Gumbo’s, Nort End Cafe, Porcini, Boom Bozz and Varanese.

11th Annual Soul Food Festival

June 17

The Soul Food Festival takes place at Waterfront Park and brings friends and family together for an evening of soul food, entertainment and empowerment.

3rd Annual Fermentation Celebration

June 30

The Fermentation Celebration is a beer and wine festival held in North Vernon, In. The tasting features more than 40 national and local breweries and wineries.

St. Matthews Street Festival

August 4

The 7th Annual St. Matthews Street Festival will take place from 11 a.m. – 10 p.m. on Frankfort Avenue between Lexington Road and Bauer Avenue. It will features two stages with lineups of local bands, and booths setup by Louisville restaurants and businesses.

August 31- September 3

Worldfest is Louisville Metro Government’s annual celebration of food, crafts and entertainment from all over the world. It takes place in downtown Louisville at the Belvedere and is free for all four days.

Louisville Food Truck & Craft Beer Festival

September 16

This food truck and craft beer festival is part of Food Truck Festivals of America’s lineup. A list of food trucks and breweries coming hasn’t been released, but the festival will take place at Waterfront Park from 12 p.m. – 5 p.m., with an early access VIP hour from 11 a.m. – 12 p.m.
