I never liked gin… until I met Clay Livingston at Red Herring.

While shooting a segment for the Mocktail Project, Clay and I ended up in a discussion about why I didn’t like gin and he convinced me to give it another chance.

He mixed up the bar’s Sparkling Sapphire, and I loved it!
