Holy Grale has earned a coveted honor for the second straight year.
The former Unitarian church built in the early 1900s was recognized as the top beer bar in Kentucky, and one of the best in America by CraftBeer.com.
CraftBeer.com is the brewer’s association’s website — the bible, if you will — for craft beer lovers. CraftBeer.com readers voted on the best bar for craft beer in Kentucky.
Located in the Highlands, Hole Grale picked up nearly 7,000 votes.
“We are humbly honored to be recognized by CraftBeer.com readers as one of their favorites beer bars,” Holy Grale co-owner Lori Becks said. “Our customers, who travel to visit us from both near and far, is what makes Holy Grale so special. With their support and encouragement, we are able to offer some of the most esoteric, interesting, and well-made beers available to us. But most importantly, we’d like to say thank you for ‘getting us’ and appreciating all the hard work and thought that goes into Holy Grale.
