Jason Isbell & The 400 Unit, Maren Morris to headline Railbird Festival

Lexington’s Railbird Festival has announced its 2020 artist lineup. 

Artists topping the list of performers are Jason Isbell & The 400 Unit and Maren Morris. 

Lexington hosts the festival on August 22-23, 2020, at the Grounds at Keeneland. More than 30 artists are expected to perform on three stages during the two-day festival.

General admission and VIP weekend passes will be available on Friday, February 21, at 10 AM at RailbirdFest.com. A limited quantity of tickets will start at $135. General admission student weekend passes will be available while supplies last for $115 for the first time. Layaway plans are also available, with payment options starting at only $20 down.

VIP guests will have access to the exclusive Limestone and Elkhorn Stage lounges with air-conditioning, a VIP Village with complimentary hors d’oeuvres and spa services by the Drybar, private bars with exclusive VIP pricing, luxury restrooms, fast-track entrances to the festival, free on-site parking for the weekend, commemorative Railbird merchandise and much more.

It’s not all about the music. The Sip & Savor program overs a variety of experiences with renowned chefs from across the ara. Ouita Michel, Cole Arimes, Travis Milton, Jeremy Ashby, Samantha Fore, and Kristin M. Smith and will have demonstrations and interactive discussions throughout the weekend.

The Rickhouse will feature curated bourbon experiences. Justins’ House of Bourbon’s owners Justin Sloan and Justin Thompson will oversee Bourbon Barrel selections. Private Bourbon selections will include Four Roses Single Barrel (Barrel Strength), 1792 Full Proof, Blanton’s, Buffalo Trace, Elijah Craig Small Batch, Old Pepper Distillery Single Barrel Rye, Old Carter Straight Bourbon Whiskey, Old Forester Single Barrel (Barrel Strength) and Pinhook True Single Barrel (Barrel Strength).

Keeneland’s BETologists will offer tips for winning big bucks. Festival-goers will be able to lounge, wager and enjoy horse culture at the Lucky Day Plaza; there will be a coast-to-coast simulcast from DelMar to Saratoga on festival grounds

A portion of proceeds from each ticket sold will benefit Railbird’s nonprofit community partners, Fayette Alliance, Central Kentucky Riding for Hope, and Central Music Academy.
