Joella’s Hot Chicken offers free meal in appreciation of teachers, nurses

Teachers and nurses have faced a rough year, working long hours and facing numerous challenges. That’s why Joella’s Hot Chicken will be showing their appreciation by offering a free meal as a way to say thanks.

The Louisville-based restaurant will be giving a complimentary meal to all teachers and nurses on Thursday, May 6.

The date falls within both Teacher Appreciation Week from May 3-7 and National Nurses Week from May 6-12.

Any teacher or nurse who visits a local Joella’s and shows a valid school or medical ID can receive a free meal with two Jumbo Tenders, a side item, dipping sauce and a drink.

Joella’s has three locations within Louisville and Southern Indiana:
