Here are a few things you should know before heading out to Bourbon & Beyond this weekend.
Louisville Metro Police have a detailed traffic plan to keeping things running smooth at the event.
River Road will be closed about an hour before the last show each night – approximately 10 p.m. on Saturday and 9:30 p.m. on Sunday.
Probably the most important thing to note is the ride-sharing location – the Louisville Water Tower. All pick-ups and drop-offs are at the tower.
Police say stopping will not be allowed along River Road, and rideshare vehicles won’t have access to River Road during closures.
Official parking lots are set up at Cox’s Park, Eva Bandman Park and Water Tower Park. Those lots will be released first. Business lots along River Road will not be released until the road is reopened, about two hours after the show.
