Bring out the sweaters and boots, fall is here, and with it comes the return of the Jack O’Lanterns!
The Louisville Jack O’Lantern Spectacular will be back as a walking path through Iroquois Park from September 30 through October 31.
This year’s theme is a trip back in time, titled “Changing the Channel: A Timeline of TV History.”
Local artists are hired to carve and paint thousands of pumpkins, which organizers say are sourced from farms around Kentucky.
Tickets are now on sale, with proceeds benefiting the Louisville Parks Foundation non-profit. Funds go towards supporting Louisville’s more than 120 parks and community-driven projects within them.
