Star Wars fans can prepare to feel the Force at the Kentucky Center during the Empire Strikes Back in Concert.

The Louisville Orchestra will perform John Williams’ iconic Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back score live as the movie plays on a big screen. Don’t worry; there will be sound effects and dialogue.

In the Empire Strikes Back, the fifth episode of the Star Wars saga, Imperial Forces launch an attack on the Rebel Alliance while Han Solo and Princess Leia flee to Cloud City, where the evil Darth Vader captures them. The movie is rated PG. 

There are two performances of the Empire Strikes Back in Concert: Saturday, February 29, at 7 PM and Sunday, March 1, at 3 PM.
