New Chick-fil-A concept in Louisville focuses only on delivery, catering

Chick-fil-A is using the Louisville market to try out a new concept.

Instead of its usual dining room and drive-thru, a new store in Louisville will focus solely on delivery and catering.

This concept is located at 7405 New Lagrange Road and will open for catering business on Friday, October 19th.

We talked to the franchise owner, Bruce Smith, who said they will start with the catering menu only.

Within a few months, they expect to add a third party delivery program with Door Dash to offer delivery of the full restaurant menu.

Orders for pickup or delivery can be placed online at CFALou.com or by phone at 502-907-3335.

It will be one of two test locations, the other being in Nashville.

That store will have a walk up window for carryout, but the restaurant in Louisville will not.

Neither location will accept cash! Customers will be able to pay with credit, debit or app purchases.
