The Frazier Museum in Downtown Louisville has opened a new exhibit, all about bourbon icon “Pappy” Van Winkle.
You’ll be able to check out his walking cane, a couple of golf clubs, and his cigar table.
There are minutes from the very first board meeting of W-L Weller and Sons in 1908, and the original copyright certificate for Old W-L Weller Bourbon.
The exhibit also includes of rare and vintage bottles and decanters.
All five-hundred pieces are on loan from “Pappy’s” grandchildren.
The exhibit runs through next summer, so there’s plenty of time to check it out.
