Street Rod Nationals is returning to Louisville

Street Rod Nationals is revving up for its return to Louisville this week.

This is the National Street Rod Association’s 50th annual event featuring up to 15,000 street rods, classics and muscle cars from the 50s, 60s and 70s.

The four-day event will take place at the Kentucky Exposition Center, Thursday through Sunday.

The 70,000 anticipated visitors can expect a vintage auto parts swap meet along with a trade show, featuring more than 375 manufactures and dealers displaying and selling parts, accessories and supplies. Visitors can also experience an arts and crafts fair and free live entertainment.

Admission for adults, 13 and older, is $19. For children ages six to 12 admission will be $6. Children five and under will be able to attend for free.

Parking will cost $10 per vehicle, or $20 for a bus.

Here is the schedule for the four day event:

Thursday, Aug. 1, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Friday, Aug. 2, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Saturday, Aug. 3, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Sunday, Aug. 4, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
